A lifelong resident of Jefferson County, he attended Western Olin High School and Lawson State Community College. He was a musician for several churches in the greater Birmingham area, and was a member as well as Minister of Music at Mount Mineral Missionary Baptist Church (1017 Vanderbilt Road 35234) at the time of his transition. Service of memory will be Saturday at 11:00 AM at his beloved Mount Mineral, Pastor Bernard Stephens will officiate with interment in Dynasty Gardens. His loving survivors are:Siblings; Parker Fluker, Lillie Johnson, Pearl McEntrye, and Mary Cox, devoted niece; Tavara Rorinson and many other relatives and friends. The remains will lie in repose on Friday from 1:00 u ntil 8:00 PM at the Funeral Home. Westside Funeral Home Fairfield Directing.
