Watkins Richardson, Sr.

A native of Linden, Alabama (Marengo County) and a resident of Birmingham, Alabama, he was born to the late Mr. Seymore Richardson, Sr. and the late Mrs. Brooksie Hughes Richardson.  Watkins, also known by "Pap" and "Daddy Love" was a skillful plumber.  He also loved the outdoors life by hunting and fishing with his dogs on any given day or night.

He leaves to cherish his memory two daughters: Evelyn Catehart and Daphne Johnson; five sons: Watkins Richardson, Wayne Richardson, Gerald Richardson, Watkins Richardson II amd David Richardson; one sister, Amanda Richardson O'Cain; grandchildren and great grandchildren and a host of extended children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and many other relatives and friends.
