Tommy Lee Freeman was born on January 16, 1926 in Birmingham, Alabama to the union of James and Laura Maxwell Freeman. He was educated in the Birmingham Public School System, and began working for the Bruno Company for over 40 years as a graphic artist. He was a faithful member of Greater Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church (2135 Jefferson Avenue S.W. 35211) where he sang in the male chorus. Funeral service will be Tuesday (25th) 11:00 AM at his beloved Greater Shiloh with Pastor Michael Wesley, Sr. officiating and interment in Elmwood Cemetery. His loving survivors are: sons; Reginald Freeman and Roderick (Sandra) Freeman, seventeen grandchildren, thirty-two great grandchildren, eitht great great grandchildren, , nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. His remains will lie in repose on Monday (24th) from 3:00 until 6:00 PM at the funeral home. Westside Funeral Home Fairfield Directing.
