Silas Payne III was born on October 20, 1966 to the late Silas Payne II and Flora H. Payne in Shreveport, Louisiana. He received his formal education in the state of Louisiana and Birmingham, Al. He retired from Golden Flake. His loving survivors are: children, Jazmine and Jordan Payne; siblings, LeTanya Payne, Terrence (Seannetta) Payne, Antonio (Felisa) Payne; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
