Sedetra "Deemy" LaTise Thomas

Sedetra LaTise "Deemy" Thomas was born on November 22, 1951 in Birmingham, Alabama to the parentage of Mr and Mrs Bester and Willie Bell Simmons Thomas, Sr. the youngest of five children.  She was educated in the Jefferson County Public School System graduating from Alden (Graysville) High School.  She was a lifelong member of Saint Matthew Missionary Baptist Church Docena.  Service of Memory will be Saturday (23rd)  12:00 PM at her beloved Saint Matthew Missionary Baptist Church Docena (202 - Sixth Street  35060) with Pastor Eddie J. Washington officiating.  Her loving survivors are: children; Andre C. (Valerie) Thomas and Bree  L. Young, siblings; Bester (Sharon) Thomas, Jr., Queen E. Pugh, Shirley A. Thomas and Deborah K. Jackson, granddaughter; Raven J. Banks, nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.  Professional Arrangements Entrusted to Westside Funeral Home Fairfield.
