Sarah Jane (Drake) DeLaine

Sarah Jane Drake DeLaine was born on October 1, 1937 in Whitfield, Alabama to Ms. Carree Drake.  She was educated in the Sumter County Public Education System and furthered her education by becoming a Registered Nurse working in the medical field for over 38 years.  Funeral Services will be Saturday (26th) 11:00 AM at Zion Hill Baptist Church Cuba, Alabama (5051 Kinterbish #10  36907) with Pastor C. Wayne Davis officiating and interment in Cagus Cemetery.  Her loving survivors are: devoted children; Audrey Delaine Graves, Eddie Drexel (Cathy)  Delaine, Michael Delaine and Keith Delaine, her siblings; Willie James (Dora) Drake, Mary (Robert) Taylor, Thelma Drake and Linda (Darryl) Leak, six grandchildren, eitht great grandchildren, one great great grandchild, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.  Her remains will lie in repose on Friday (25th) from 3:00 until 6:00 PM at Weatherly Funeral Home York, Alabama.  Westside Funeral Home Fairfield Directing.
