Lifelong resident of Calera, Alabama, US Army Veteran and member of First Baptist Church Calera. Ronald retired after 35 years of service from Glidewell Foundry, Calera.
He leaves to cherish his memory his mother, Inez Jackson Jones, a step mother, Mae Fannie Jones, one brother, Winfred Jones, III and three sisters, Connie Jones Franklin, Donna (Gerome) Singleterry and Teresa (Moses) Moore, nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
Service of memory will be Saturday, October 20, 2018, at 1:00 PM at Westside Funeral Chapel Calera with interment in First Baptist Calera Cemetery. He will lie in repose on Friday from 1:00 until 6:00 PM at the funeral home. Westside Funeral Home Calera Directing.
