Minnie Lee (Tidmore) Dillard

Minnie Lee Tidmore Dillard was born on August 19, 1931 to the late Mr. and Mrs. Derry and Clara Whitehead Tidmore, Sr. in Sumter County, Alabama.  She was educated in the Sumter County Public School System.  Later in life, Minnie along with her husband James Dillard, Sr. relocated to Birmingham, Alabama where they raised their children and joined Greater Saint John Baptist Church.  Funeral Services will be Saturday (29th) 11:00 AM Westside Funeral Chapel Fairfield with Reverend Walter Ball officiating and interment in Highland Memorial Gardens.  Her loving survivors are: devoted children;  Louis Dillard, James (Wilma) Dillard, Jr., Tyrone Dillard and Ann (Reverend Ronnie) Sledge, sisters; Ella Tidmore and Pamela Riley, twelve grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, three great great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.  Her remains will lie in repose on Friday (28th) from 1:00 until 6:00 PM at the Funeral Home.  Westside Funeral Home Fairfield Directing.
