Lonnie Martin, III

Lifelong resident of Birmingham, Alabama,  Lonnie was a Veteran of the U.S. Army.  He was a member of Trinity Baptist Church, where he served as a Deacon, sang with the Male Chorus and Praise Team.  He retired from both Constar Plastics and Golden Flake.  His loving memory will be cherished by his wife, Lou Ada Brown Martin; two sisters, Sandra Leonard and Thelma (Eric) Love; two brothers, Bruce (Pam) Martin and Carlton (Letitia) Martin; and a host of many other relatives and friends.  

His service of memory will be Saturday, December 22, 2018 at 11:00 AM at Trinity Baptist Church (900 Graymont Ave West 35204) with burial in Elmwood Cemetery. His remains will lie in repose on Friday from 12 Noon until 7:00 PM at the Fairfield Chapel.  The family will receive friends from 5:30 to 7:00 PM.
