His Loving Survivors are: Devoted Wife; Teonya LaTrice Rowser Fox, Five Children; Justin Rowser, Gregory Rowser, Casey Gardner, Shaquera Fox and Jasmine Carlisle, Mother; Geraldine Fox, Mother-In-Law; Lena Burton and Two Grandchildren; Major and Dennis. His remains will lie in repose on Friday at the funeral home from 12:00 until 7:00 P.M. Westside Funeral Home Fairfield Directing.
