She was affectionately known as "Dimple" by her family and "Ju Ju" by her many friends. Julia was born in Queens, New York but relocated to Birmingham, Alabama at an early age with her family. She was a graduate of Ensley Magnet School and Ritz Electronic Institute where she received her degree in Electronics. She was a dedicated employee of Wal-Mart Super Center on Lakeshore Parkway in Homewood, Alabama for twenty-four years. Funeral Service will be Saturday (January 25th) at noon at Twenty Third Baptist Church Ensley (1525 - 21st Street Ensley 35218) Pastor James L. Dunn officiating with interment in George Washington Carver Memorial Gardens. Her loving survivors are: devoted husband; Terry Bonner, Sr., loving children; Jurez Hollie, Jasmine Bonner and Terry Bonner, Jr., sisters; Latrice Barksdale and Jessica (Orian) Hollie, nieces, nephews other relatives and friends. Her remains will lie in repose on Friday from noon until 7:00 PM at the funeral home. Westside Funeral Home Fairfield Directing.
