JoAnn Bridges

JoAnn Bridges was born on November 9, 1953 to the late Robert C. Kirkland and Cindy Kirkland in Birmingham, Alabama. She was educated in the Birmingham City School System. She was employed and retired from Jefferson County. Celebration of Life will be Friday (November 10), 12:oo PM Rising Star Baptist Church (1320 Second Avenue West 35208) with Reverend Anthony Sims, Jr. officiating. Interment will be in Elmwood Cemetery (600 Martin Luther King Jr. Drive 35211). Her loving survivors are: children; Cheryl Kirkland, Nichole (Anthony) Gladden, five grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, sisters; Earnestine Mason, Cathy and Jennifer Kirkland, bonus son; Donova Givens, other relatives and friends. Her remains will lie in repose on Thursday (November 9) from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Westside Funeral Home Fairfield.  Professional Care and Arrangements Entrusted to Westside Funeral Home Fairfield.
