Jerry "Ghost" Douglas Hayes

Jerry Douglas "Ghost" Hayes was born on December 20, 1953 in Montevallo, Alabama to Mr. James Crawford Anderson and Ms. Leona Bertha Hayes.  He was educated in the Shelby County Public School System and continued his education at Miles College Birmingham, Alabama.   He was  employed by Sysco Foods Central Alabama for many years.  Graveside Service will be Friday (June 3rd) 11:00 AM Montevallo Cemetery with his brother, Pastor James Earl Hayes officiating.  His loving survivors are: devoted wife; Travis Stine Hayes, loving daughters; Brandi (Jeremy) and Brittani (Robert), his siblings; James Earl (Deborah), Sebrina, Charlene (James ) and Marcella,  six grandchildren,  nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.  His remains will lie in repose on Thursday (June 2nd)  from 4:00 until 7:00 PM at the funeral home.  Westside Funeral Home Calera Directing.
