Jacob Waddy, Sr.

Jacob Waddy, Sr. was born on November 10, 1941 in Union Town, Alabama to the union of Paul H. and Savannah Wooten Waddy.  He was educated in the Perry County Public School System and began a lifelong career in farming after graduating from high school.  Committal and Interment  will be Thursday (March 2nd)  2:00 PM Little Canaan Cemetery Safford, Alabama with Reverend Leroy Boswell officiating.  His loving survivors are: devoted children; Jacob (Tinishia) Waddy, Jr., Frances Waddy and Lesa (Julian) Johnson, his siblings; Paul  Waddy, Jr.,  Curtis Waddy and Savannah Waddy, granddaughter; Jayla, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.  His remains will lie in repose on Wednesday (March 1st) from 3:00 until 6:00 PM at the funeral home.  Westside Funeral Home Fairfield Directing.
