Mrs. Portis was a life long resident and native of Columbiana, Alabama. Service of Memory will be Tuesday (May 7, 2019) at 12 PM at Macedonia Baptist Church (208 Depot Street, Columbiana, Alabama, 35051.) Pastor Richard E. Kidd will officiate with interment in Pine Lawn Cemetery. Her loving survivors are: devoted children; Doug (Laurie) Portis, Savannah (Esteban) Portis, and Santanna Portis, Mother; Mrs. Bessie Lee Burns, Mother-In-Law; Mrs. Addie Lee Portis, Brothers; Allen (Augusta) Burns, Michael Wayne Burns, and Waymon Charles Burns, Sisters; Debra (Phillip) Carter and Rebeca Burns; and five grandchildren. Her remains will lie in repose on Monday (May 6, 2019) from 12 PM until 6 PM at the funeral home. Westside Funeral Home Calera Directing
