Herbert Grey Williams, Jr.

Sergeant Herbert Grey Williams, Jr. was born on July 19, 1958 to the union of Mr. and Mrs. Herbert and Gracie Dell Manley Williams, Sr. in Birmingham, Alabama.  He was educated in the Jefferson County Alabama Public School System and furthered his education at Lawson State Community College.  He was retired from the U. S. Army after many years of service.  Funeral Service will be Friday (30th) 11:00 AM Westside Funeral Chapel Fairfield with interment in Alabama National Cemetery.  His loving survivors are: devoted wife of 43 years; Marsha Gulley Williams, children; Herbert Grey "Trey" Williams, III, Valencia Larry and Deidra (DeShaune) Forbes, his father; Herbert Grey Williams, Sr., brother and sisters; Christopher (Shelia) Lanier, Sr., Sandra Lanier and LaChelle Lanier, grandson; Brian Larry, Jr., nieces, nephews , other relatives and friends.  His remains will lie in repose on Thursday (29th) from 1:00 until 6:00 PM at the funeral home.  Westside Funeral Home Fairfield Directing.
