Longtime resident of Shelby County, retired from Shelby County Board of Education, and faithful member of First Baptist Church Calera. Service of memory will be Saturday at 11:00 AM at New Mount Moriah Baptist Church (5798 US Hwy 31 Calera 35040) her Pastor; Reverend Willie Patterson will officiate with interment in First Baptist Cemetery Calera. Her loving survivors are; devoted children; Elbert Williams, Albert Williams, Roger (Crystal) Williams and Charlene (Edward Jr.) Pettway, Stepdaughter; Edith (Dennis) McCarter, grandchildren; Courtney, Kaitlyn, Jaida, Jordan, Jencyn and Eryn, brothers and sisters; William (Brenda) King, Paul (Beverly) King, Jr., Ben King, Frank (Eugenia) King, Johnny King, Clifford King, Raymond (Brenda) King, Pauline Jones, Alberta Jones, Diane King and Nora Lynn (Gary) Davis, Sister-In-Law; Vyllora King, nieces, nephews, numerous relatives and friends. Her remains will lie in repose on Friday from noon until 7:00 PM at the funeral home, where the family will receive friends from 6 until 7 PM. Westside Funeral Home Calera Directing.
