Eunistine Jackson-Evans was born on September 18, 1948 in Birmingham, Alabama to the late Harry and Minnie Mabry. She was educated in the Birmingham Public School System. Funeral Services will be Saturday (November 18) at 11:30 AM Copper Springs Baptist Church (1310 Copper Springs Road 35120) with Pastor Rodney D Franklin, Sr., Officiating with interment in Copper Springs Churchyard Cemetery. Her loving survivors are: husband; Deacon Elijah Evans, daughter; Consuelo Newell, son; Decorion Jackson, siblings; Harry (Gloria), Randy (Pam), Erskine, Melvin, Evin Marby and Veronica (James) Thomas, five grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of relatives and friends. Mrs. Jackson-Evans will lie in repose on Friday (17th) from 3 until 6 PM at the funeral home. Westside Funeral Home Fairfield Directing.
