Earnest James Johnson, Sr

Lifelong resident of Jefferson County and U. S. Army Veteran was retired from the VA Medical Center Birmingham, Alabama.  Service of memory will be Saturday at 11:00 AM at Doers Of The Word (4744 Messer-Airport Hwy 35212) Pastor Arthur Johnson officiating with interment in Highland Memorial Gardens.  His loving survivors are: devoted wife; Wavaie Elanie Johnson, Children; Earnest Jr., Ezekiel (Tiffany), Roxanne, Disaree, Yvette and Latisha, Siblings; Howard  (Rachel), Arthur (Angela), Jeanette and Anita (Reginald) grandchildren and great grandchildren, nieces nephews other relatives and friends.  His remains will lie in repose on Friday from 1:00 until 8:00 PM at the funeral home.  Westside Funeral Home Fairfield Directing.
