Diontranet Tinae’ Brown was born on May 28, 1989 in Birmingham, Alabama to Minnie Cox-Brown and Christopher Brown. She was educated in the Birmingham City School System and graduated from Wenonah High School in 2007. Diontranet excelled in school. She furthered her education and obtained an Associate’s Degree in Applied Science with an advanced certificate in Funeral Services Education from Jefferson State Community College, a Bachelor of Science in Management from Miles College, and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Capella University. Diontranet dedicated herself to her craft and cultivated meaningful relationships within her community. Her greatest joy in life was her devotion to her son. Her legacy is one of love, resilience, and cherished memories. Her loving survivors are: beloved son, Kaleb Brown; parents, Christopher (Celia Rankin) Brown and Minnie Cox-Brown; sisters, Shanika (Derrick), Christie, Selena, and Glenice; grandmother, Annie Cox; uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews; other relatives and friends.
