Deacon Edward Drexel Delaine

Edward Drexel Delaine was born on April 28, 1960 to the late Eddie James and Sarah Jane Delaine. He was educated in the Sumter County School System, earned a degree as an electrician from CA Fredd Trade School, served in the transportation department of  the United States Coast Guard for 20 years, became a truck driver and worked for Lockheed Martin for 13 years before his retirement. His loving survivors are: devoted wife, Catherine Mumford Delaine; children, Clinton (La Shauna) Mallory, Edward Drexel Delaine Jr., Lakisha Portis, Temeka Mumford, Kendrick Price, Arthur Landrum, Janice (Anders) Anthony, Jennifer (Liston) Long, and Tracy Straight; sixteen grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; loving sister, Audrey Graves; four sister-in-laws; two brother-in-laws; aunts, an uncle, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
