Clarke Andrew Stephens was born on October 18, 1949 to Willie D. Stephens and Barbara Paige Stephens. He was educated in the Jefferson County School System and graduated from Westfield High School. His loving survivors are: daughter Marie Doaty (Kevin); brothers; Percy (Brenda), Roscoe (Rhonda), and Willie D. Jr. (Patricia); sisters; Elder Ceritha Tyson, Calera Yvonne Washington, and Diane Lillian Bennett (Donald); two grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends.
