Billy was a lifelong resident of Shelby County, member of First Baptist Church Calera, Army Veteran, and former employee of Evergreen Trucking Company. Service of memory will be Monday (January 22, 2018) at 12 noon at the New Mount Moriah Baptist Church Calera (5798 US Hwy 31) 35040 Pastor Willie Patterson and Pastor Michael Jones will officiate with interment in the First Baptist Cemetery Calera. His loving survivors are: Devoted companion; Veronica Brown, his mother; Ruth Harris, Children; El-Darereco (Joycelyn) Fitts, Monique (Jonathan) Crawford, and Natasha Wood, siblings; Darryl (Sonya) Melton, Marvin (Renata) Harris, Anthony Lacey, Christopher Peters, Sonya Johnson and Angela (Anthony) Rochell, Grandchildren; London, Aiyanna and McKinley. The remains will lie in repose on Sunday from 3:00 PM until 5:00 PM at the funeral home. Westside Funeral Home Calera Directing.
