Benjamin was a lifelong resident of Jefferson County and was a retired truck driver for Roy Martin Construction Company. Graveside Service will be Tuesday (May 12th) at 11:00 AM at Patterson Forest Grove Cemetery (1498 - 5th Avenue Pleasant Grove 35127) with Pastor O. C. Oden, Jr. officiating. His loving survivors are: children; Michael, Benjamin (Teresa) Jr., Jarrod (Margaret), Eric (Tonya), Broderick, Michelle and Tomiko Marshall, siblings; Erskine (Betty), Anthony, Frederick, Marvin (Patricia), Odis and Jeanette Marshall, grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. His remains will lie in repose on Monday from 1:00 until 6:00 PM at the funeral home. Westside Funeral Home Fairfield Directing.
