Ann was a lifelong resident of Birmingham, Alabama where she was educated in the Birmingham City School System attending Abraham Lincoln Elementary School before graduating from A. H. Parker High School. Ann married the love of her life (Leo Cooper, Sr.) on August 11, 1961 and they remained faithful to their union until death. Funeral Service is Friday at 11:00 AM at Westside Funeral Chapel Fairfield with Father Martin Muller Officiating with interment in Highland Memorial Gardens. Her loving survivors are: devoted children; Leo Cooper, Jr., June (Wardell) Morris, Connie (Ronald) Hatcher, Jacqueline (Anthony) Smoke and Cheryl Cooper, sister; Henrietta Waters, ten grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Her remains will lie in repose on Thursday from Noon until 6:00 PM at the funeral home. Westside Funeral Home Fairfield Directing.
